Songwriting usually gets framed as intuition and taste, not something you'd systematize. I wanted to see how far the other direction goes. So I broke it into a 7-step workflow with a kernel router and a reference layer. Every song closes the loop, patterns harvest back, and the next one starts a little smarter.
The point isn't the music. It's that turning fuzzy work into workflows is how I think by default. Songwriting is just where it shows up most visibly. The same instinct applies to sales motions, customer onboarding, or any growth loop someone wants to make repeatable.
